Ruby Goth (With Lipstick)

First of all, this is really good, you have really improved ;D
The shading on the hair is effectively done and it is nicely coloured as it hasn't gone green as blonde hair sometimes does.
The eyes are very pretty and the detail in them makes them bold and striking. The shading of the face is good, and a lot of effort looks like it went into getting it right. The nose is also good as noses can be be difficult, but you have done it well.
You're right, lipstick suits her better ;D

To improve, you could perhaps spend a little more time making sure the lines around the eyes are not so bumpy or wobbly as they sort of look out of place on the picture which has no other black lines. Maybe use the smudge tool a little round the eyes to sort of make the line look more natural, but don;t over do it ;D
