First off, you did a really good job on this ^ ^, but there are a few things to improve though.

1. The neck isn't very aligned with the shoulders. It should be in the center and make it a little thicker or reduce the lenght of the shoulders. The neck width seems to be off...just inverse it ^ ^

2. I know wrinkles are hard, but use references. Believe me, there are more wrinkles and shading in the clothes.

3. The hair doesn't look very natural. Try drawing smooth lines. Also, the hair works like a wave, not straight. It has it's own flow.

4. The eyes are way too big. Reduce them a little. Usually, eyes look bigger by the eyelashes. So, draw big thick eyelashes and not a line.

5.The wings doesn't look so proportioned. Look at references (dove's wings) It might help <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> Remember that they have bones.
